Shipping Policy

We Ship Faster Than Your Baby Can Outgrow These Booties

You ordered that footie because you need it for a photoshoot this weekend. We get it. Timing is everything.

Processing time:
1–2 business days. Unless we’re having a warehouse dance party (just kidding — we’re actually packing orders). If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know.

Shipping options:

  • Standard (3–7 business days): For the planners — you know your baby’s growth curve.

  • Expedited (2–3 business days): For when you forgot about the baby shower until yesterday.

  • Overnight: For when your toddler just painted the last clean T-shirt with marker. No questions asked.

Where we ship:
USA only, including Alaska and Hawaii (but shipping there might cost more than a pair of booties — we warn you fairly).

Tracking:
You’ll get a tracking number. If it says “delivered” but you can’t find it, check:

  • The porch

  • The mailbox

  • The neighbor’s welcome mat

  • The pile of packages you haven’t opened yet (we know you have one)

Missing or damaged?
Email us within 5 days with a photo. We’ll replace or refund — plus a little apology gift, because we hate when things go wrong.
